Colorful shadows of Wrocław

One week ago I went to Wrocław to visit my friends Ewa and Dominika.
This time, it was quite warm outside, so we decided to see-sight the city. Friday evening, we went out to old market square and just chilled in a pub.

The next day, we got to the Japanese Garden near Hala Stulecia. It was formidable: plenty of colorful flowers and trees, a pond with ducks and fish... Really good place to relax, especially when the weather is gorgeous! :) What's more, there were many Japanese ornaments and monuments in the park.

Later, we went to see the famous Wroclavian fountain in front of Hala Stulecia. Also, we got back there during the evening, because of the night show: music, many colourful lights
and superb play of water. It was splendid! If you'll be to Wrocław, the fountain is one of must-seen places there.

Moreover, that Saturday, there was the museum night, so we went to The National Museum. Not only did we see many  paintings, we could also appreciate the modern art.

Sunday was rather calm: shopping in a mall then making a pizza italiana! Each prepared her own pizza and also one shared. They were so delightful, the taste was incredible! ^^

After meal, we arrived to Sky Tower, one of the highest buildings in Poland. The view was wonderful! The landscape was eye-catching! We could have seen all Wroclavian panorama, what's more, even Ślęża the mountain and the Karpatian foothills. Sky Tower was our last destination, after that I came back to Poznań.

During that weekend we had so great time, we visited many amazing places and right now have beautiful memories. Miss you, girls! :)

No way? Norway!

Breath-taking views, beautiful fjords, crazy people, tasty food, amazing adventures... This is Norway! With one of my best-friends, Marcel, we went to Balestrand, Norway for 10 days to take part in Erasmus+ program: Create your Project: From Theory to Practice. Also, there were participants from Turkey, Slovakia and Italy.

Bergen
Our journey was great! We took a train to Gdańsk, then a plane to Bergen. This city was really beautiful: many houses surrounded by fjords and sea, totally different than polish cities. We spent couple of hours there on see-sighting. There was one thing which surprised me a lot: Poles. They were everywhere! Anyway, from Bergen we went to Balestrand by a ferry! What a journey was it! 4 hours on sea, fascinating fjords were around us...

On way to Balestrand
In Balestrand, the life looks different, more calm, peaceful. It's a lovely town where approximately 1300 inhabitants live. We arrived at evening and the program started next evening, so we had all day to discover the beauty of this place. We took the bikes and made a little trip. That was amazing: every single view was splendid! Fjords covered by snow, sea, fresh air, little houses with gardens and trampolines everywhere ^^ Actually there were no people on streets. Balestrand is a good place to rest and relax, perfect for chilling :)

Each day was planned carefully: breakfast, first session, lunch, then second session, some coffee breaks during the day and at the end dinner and evening activities.

Fjords in Balestrand
Moreover, there were plenty of social events: we've been to Kvikne Hotel, the youth club, we were hiking the mountains (fjords), there were a barbecue and also many entertainments like international evening.

Generally, the program was really full of various stuff. We could have improved other ways of learning like energizers, drama, workshops or plays: trust building, coordination, leadership, name recognition. What's more, the project gave us opportunity to learn about many forms of activities integrating people from different backgrounds and to express ideas through theatre, music, dance.

The most important things for me was a possibility to discover new places, improve language skills, meet crazy people, have enormous fun and spend really amazing time with Marcel. To my mind, the time we spent with other participants were the most precious: there were a lot of laughs and funny situations all the time, we were jumping on trampoline everyday, we learn how to speak English in Italian way and of course we could have improved Italian a lot! Va bene! ;)
Our favourite one - trampoline!

Those 10 days gave us lot of experience but what's more, they gave us friends all over the world and many wonderful memories. I'm so happy that could have gone to Norway with Marcello :)

Ballet concert

On Monday, 13th April, I went with Anna to the Opera in Poznań to watch the ballet. Ania's sister is a ballerina, so all her family went to watch her performance.

Dance, dance, dance... the audience could have admired many different types of dances: classic ballet, folk, modern dance, duets and so on... What a spectacle! The flexibility of a body has no limits: all the little ballerinas were moving with such grace whereas with precision. Not only was I astonished of their performance, also it squeezed some tears out of me..  Every single move was so perfect!

That was something incredible! The concert lasted approximately 3h, each scene was prepared perfectly, all the spectacle was breath-taking! Hope, that the opportunities like this one (to see a ballet or other performance) will happen frequently :)
