Lasagna - I'm lovin it...

Hey, hey, hey!
Are you hungry? Don't know what to eat? Don't worry, because today, I'd like to show you my lasagne recipe. :)

INGREDIENTS:
  • a box of pasta - the lasagne-shaped
  • a little onion
  • a piece of yellow cheese
  • same extras ( I put olives, but nobody likes it)
  • 5 slice of ham
  • 0,4 kg of minced meat
  • some spices: salt, pepper, oregano, basil, herbs de Provence, marjoram, nutmeg
  • half teaspoon of mustard
  • one spoon of ketchup
  • one spoon of tomato paste
  • one spoon of butter
  • one spoon of flour
  • some oil, milk, and water

When it come to ingredients, you should grate cheese and cut into small pieces the extras as well as an onion and ham.

HOW TO MAKE LASAGNE:
  1. Put three pieces of lasagne-shaped pasta at the bottom of rectangular heat-resistant glass plate
  2. Put filling on pasta
  3. Add some ham and other extras
  4. Pour some cheese sauce onto it
  5. Again put three pieces of lasagne-shaped pasta
  6. Put the rest of filling and the rest of ham and extras
  7. Again put three pieces of lasagne-shaped pasta
  8. Pour the rest of cheese sauce onto pasta
  9. The surface should be sprinkled of grated cheese
  10. Put lasagne into oven and roast in 140-180 C during 20-30 min
  11. Sprinkle some oregano and basilic on prepared lasagne and eat! :)

HOW TO MAKE THE FILLING:
  1. Pour some oil on a frying pan and add diced onion
  2. Add the minced meet and some diced ham and diced extras
  3. Add all the spices except of nutmeg
  4. Pour some water, and add mustard, ketchup and tomato paste

You should mix it almost all time you prepare it.

HOW TO MAKE CHEESE SAUCE:
  1. Put a spoon of butter into a pot and when it melt add a spoon of flour and start to mix it quickly
  2. Then pour milk (about 2 glasses) and grated cheese and mix it
  3. Add spices: salt, pepper, nutmeg

  1. I must admit your recipe looks complicated, though tasty.
    The use of chees sauce instead of béchamel sauce is interesting.
    I must try it out one day
